see above she doesn't need to RALLY, she can do it herself with copies of the petition for Aprils Law online,

I told you that Aprils Law is her CURRENT cause, she will go to another cause after that gets passed or if Aprils Law goes nowhere, she will go to a new one

YVI is the ONLY one of 2 lobbyist organizations pushing to pass laws to protect children from abuse, one is sponsored by a federal representative,and thus making YVI the only one from the citizens . Pluna is a 501 c3 and is only allowed to make awareness but not Lobby. This is where YVI comes in as a 501 c4, Lika IS the lobbying side of that here in Wisconsin.
Because Lika is FEDERALLY registered, she is not just limited to State laws.

The Dreamcatchers were there as a help to "Dreamcatchers" organization and for YVI both, so it was for the benefit of BOTH causes.

Lil Deb was going to MOVE IN HERE WITH LIKA prior to when I came down. That really sounds like Lil Deb (Aprils Laws Owner/Aprils mother) is not close to Lika huh?
UPDATE on 3/31/2010: YVI is no longer working with Lil Deb, of the Aprils Law site until she ceases to have Reaper aka Paul, running her website and blocking us.
We will continue the Lobbying with the P Luna foundations support, whom is YVI's sister company.

Petra's care2.com site collects the signatures for Aprils Law and since she is adjoined with Lika, Lika always pushes for the signatures not only from MySpace but also from her own YVI site at godaddy.com.
The goal is 10,000 signatures and that speaks loud as a govt agency and does not exclude any of those from agencys who may sign.
