 | Current mood:  validated Category: Goals, Plans, Hopes Not long ago, I made a blog entitled "YVI is a Legitimate Cause" It presented all of the evidence that Youth Voice Initiative, is a legitimate cause, that Lobbies for tougher sentencing, and adds new language to the online sexual predator laws. I had ended with how we were waiting for Aprils Law creator "Lil Deb", whom is Aprils mother, to call us to let us know of her intentions of whether she wanted us to CONTINUE her cause, or for us to drop it and start with a new law of our own to Lobby. Tonight she called. She was incensed at the fact that she was locked out of her profile, and was unable to remove Libelous pics of YVI. After contacting MySpace by phone, she was able to get it straightened up, and also made it so that the person who was running her site in her absence had no more access to it, she then removed the libelous pics and then contacted Lika with the news, and assured her that no more things like that will be put on her profile. Aprils Law page She related that she most DEFINITELY wants us to continue our push for Aprils Law and will not bow down to the drama surrounding it. Today or tomorrow, she will be re-added to our friends list. Update April 2nd, 2010 YVI is no longer claiming Aprils law Myspace page as a sister company due to differences from the person running the site owned by Deb Rowbury. Pluna foundation will continue to be the sole sister company of YVI. Update April 9th, 2010 After a resolution was made between YVI and Michael The Rochester Guy about the legitimacy of YVI being a legal Cause, the person who started the whole rumor that YVI was a fraud came forward in all his anger and ADMITTED YVI IS legit although he still maintains that YVI collected donations prior to the receiving of the approval letter by Lika. What he failed to see is that it doesnt matter when the approval letter was received, what DOES matter is the EFFECTIVE date of the exemption listed on that same letter. She WASN'T when she started collecting donations though. That proof is everywhere, meathead. lol Why do people mistake the results of a fixed mistake as the way things have always been? lol YVI has always been a group of scammers, just like I've always been a proud asshole since I was a kid, stop thinking you can steamroll people into believing you're telling the truth; honesty speaks louder than your breathe..which is still pretty rank. LMAO Mom wanted me to keep getting you to screw yourselves over, and I TOLD her that if I "just sit back, relax, keep my mouth shut, and enjoy the show, they'll do way more damage alone, than they ever could with MY help." AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Is Lika still spouting her delusional ramblings about non-existent conversations between me and her? lol While we did talk on the phone, because I needed a good laugh, and missed having splitting headaches, I do NOT miss the whiny sound of her voice, or the way my stomache churned when her end of the conversations turned sexual, so I had to fake a dying cell phone battery, so more power to you, lover boy. lol Has Lika seen mental health yet about her hallucinations and signs of schizophrenia? Having friends with Schizo, I know the signs, and kept recommending she go for her own safety, so she wouldn't hurt herself, or someone else, but she never listened to me; I suspect that was because I refused to jump into bed with her. (It'd be a cold week in hell, and I'd be deaf, dumb, blind, desperate, and dead, before I'd do THAT! LMAO) I WARNED her that her crap would destroy her work, but did she ever listen to me? Responding to Comment #10YVI President - Racine (United States of America) SUBMITTED: Thursday, April 08, 2010 POSTED: Thursday, April 08, 2010 In response to comment number 10: You are the sole reason for the Libelous accusations for YVI floating around MySpace and other websites. If you had read the "effective date" of coverage on the non profit status IRS form, you will notice it says May 2, 2008. It does NOT matter when YVI received the letter of approval. That means that ALL donations made to YVI was covered RETROACTIVELY from the date that the non profit status letter of request was received by the IRS. No donations were made PRIOR to May 2nd, 2008. Therefore, YVI is not a fraud. My earlier rebuttal clearly gives links to show all necessary forms required by YVI to be a fully legal cause. My suggestion to you is that you worry about getting a approval yourself (registered) to be using the "Incorporated" part of the "PHI" Pedophile Hunters Incorporated name or you may just end up in legal trouble yourself.
