Now in my blog about Racefan being banned, I promised I would keep an eye to see if he decided to come back under a different name so I could report him.
There was a person who has been putting their 2 cents in just recently and was acting too secure in their "newness" to the blogs.
That raised my eyebrows.
So I asked Lika to check the IP of the following person because I suspected it probably IS Racefan:
Indeed, it was a MATCH!!!!
Racefan and ConServWisdom are both IP number: 198.176.247.51
To verify just WHAT account he could be going under, I clicked on his name to view his profile.
I got the infamous 404 page not found error.
So, this meant that ConServWisdom's account was erased by the JT.
Using my deductive reasoning, I knew that Racefan still had his Racefan48 profile available.
So I did a google check on his profile under the 48 name....guess what?
It also came up as 404 page not found error.
So then, just to satisfy myself that he is PERMANENTLY banned...I checked his Racefan17 profile: 404 page not found error.
So by breaking the TOS:

"What to do if your account has been banned: If you try to login and receive a message that you've been banned, do not immediately open another user account. Such action could result in a permanent ban. Instead, contact an administrator and find out what caused the sanction. We may or may not reinstate your privileges after such a contact. "
Racefan is NOW permanently banned hence why his Racefan17 page didn't just read "this profile is private"
While I was at it, I did an IP trace and found out just where his provider is located:

He already admitted he worked in a bank recently and notice the ISP is UMB Bank.

Notice NO UMB banks EXIST at all in Wisconsin.
With the evidence provided, we must have to conclude that he lives in Missouri to be using a Missouri banks ISP (where he works at)
You know what they say about DUMB Missourians!!!
They have to ask you to "Show Me" and it looks like the JT and my investigation, just "showed him!!" lol
We also have to remember how many times he went against Granny Grits saying she has no right to comment about Wisconsin affairs when she is in Florida!!!
Well, same goes for him!!!
He has NO right to talk about Walker, wear his pic as an avatar, nor ANYTHING That is exclusively Wisconsin related!!
He can worry about legislation in his OWN state where incest is the hot topic.
I wont claim victory for his deletion BUT I DID report him 2 days before he was banned for what he was saying in Lika's blog. Whether or not that is the reason he is banned, I have no idea.
If it was, then I am ecstatic because he fully DESERVED a permanent ban for getting sexually insulting towards me and others.
His behavior in the forums was intolerable.
Look in my blog here about when he was first banned and he left a comment to me that he was going to be back "strong as ever" and that I would be STILL permanently banned.
hahahahahahaha!!!!
Now you're right here with me Racefan...enjoy it while you get to witness Obama be re-elected AGAIN and you wont be able to voice your displeasure about it.
Oh, and some advice Racefan....(I do think you will be reading this blog)...dont even TRY to fool the JT with other new names.
Its automated for their computers to show when a banned IP tries to re-add another profile...the same way it kept catching ME.
