Before I came to myspace I use to have a web cam , I was often on Yahoo chatting with it , and of course being young and stupid . I was tempted to do crazy shit. Like showing my boobs off , and licking my nipples while on my webcam. lol I know , just the image you wanted to be seeing of me in your head. There is a point to it , just hang in there , and keep telling yourself , DELETE ! BACKSPACE ! DELETE! And maybe that image will go away. What ? You all knew that somewhere inside me was a really , bad , bad girl. I just keep her locked up all the time. lol Anyways , It was done out of pure fun. It was like doing a drive by boob shot, for some old men. I know ...ewww, that is the best way to describe it . What can I say , I was young.... and stupid. It wasn't long after that no guy wanted to talk to me unless I showed some flesh. “Take off your top !”, “get naked and let me see you” , kind of crap. I knew it was of my own making. You dress like a freak , you attract freaks , you act like a slut and you'll get treated like a slut. That's a good saying to remember. Back to the webcam, It didn't take me long to find out how bad a webcam was for just about anyone. Web cams and the Internet has been the cause of ruined friendships, relationships , marriages . And of course the two together , gave birth to free porn. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that a web cam in everyones hands will be used wrong. But it's very tempting to do bad things , and it's easy to get away with it , when you have one. One day I was chatting in a public chat room , and I saw a conversation scroll down the screen. Some girl was on a web cam , and she was accepting people to view her. Some guy was saying she look cute and sexy , and went on to telling everyone about what she was and wasn't wearing , and doing. But seems he wasn't in her list of viewers. It freaked her out , and off went her webcam. And in the chat room came the bitching of the horny boys and men. That was a wake up call. To think someone could get access of my webcam , and view me with out me knowing it . It was then , I finally decided that the web cam wasn't that good of an Idea. It's has become a peep hole for anyone and everyone. Recently in the news there was a school accused of using web cams to spy on student , in and out of school. As the story has unfolded , it seems pretty damn creepy. Here is some other articles on the matter of web cam security Today we use our computers as a tv , a phone , for listening to music , for work , for personal home stuff , school , and many laptops come with web cams these days. It's part of our lives. When I think about this , I think of how many conversations were over heard ,with these webcams that have mics, how many things were seen, that shouldn't have been seen by someone they may have known , or didn't know. A few years back I wanted a laptop , so I went to newegg.com, and found the perfect one. Well almost perfect . It's only fault was Windows Vista was installed on it. But it was quickly removed and replaced with Ubuntu. It came with no built in mic , and no built in webcam. I did this so that I wouldn't be tempted , or anyone else would be that used it .It was also to have piece of mind that there wasn't some creep peeping in on me and my family.
